Session Aftercare:

Drink plenty of water after your session. This helps flush out toxins released during your adjustment and keeps your joints and muscles well-lubricated.

Give your body time to adjust. Avoid heavy lifting or intense exercise for at least 24 hours, especially after your first few visits.

You might feel a little sore or tired—this is normal and should pass within a day or two. Gentle stretching, a warm shower, or a light walk can help ease this transition.
